General rental conditions
Rental prices
The Euromobil GmbH rental prices are based on the calculation of time and distance traveled. All prices are calculated per period or part thereof and apply per 24 hours or part thereof. The costs for oil consumption, maintenance and wear and tear repairs are included in the rental price. Fuel costs
shall be borne by the hirer. All prices apply when the vehicle is returned to the rental station. The vehicle can only be returned during the opening hours of the rental station.
Terms of payment
Credit cards are accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective issuer. In the case of cash rental, an advance payment in the amount of the expected rental and ancillary costs will be charged, but at least € 130.00.
Minimum age/driver's license
Renters and drivers of a Euromobil vehicle must have the following minimum age depending on the vehicle group: Group A = 19 years, Group C, D, E, G, K, L, R, X = 21 years, Group F, H, I, V = 25 years.
In any case, a Class 3 (old driving license classes) or Class B (new driving license classes) driving license that has been valid for at least one year or a corresponding translated foreign driving license is required. When renting vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of more than 3,500 kg and
presenting a driver's license with new driving license classes, this must show at least class C1.
Insurance cover
The rental prices include liability insurance with limited cover of € 100 million. In the event of personal injury: € 8 million per injured person. Also included is partially comprehensive insurance with an excess of € 150.00 per claim. The rental prices include fully comprehensive insurance with an
excess of € 1,500.00.
Limitation of liability (CDW)
By paying an additional fee per day, you can limit the excess of the fully comprehensive insurance from € 1,500.00 to € 150.00.
The fees per day are: Group A = € 20.00, Group C, D, K = € 21.55, Group E, G, V, X = € 23.65, Group F = € 26.20, Group H, I = € 31.80, Group L, R = € 23.60.
Passenger accident insurance (PAI)
For an additional fee of € 5.15 per day, you will receive passenger accident insurance (PAI). Lump sum: € 26,000.00 in the event of death, € 52,000.00 in the event of permanent disability.
Any limitation of liability does not apply in particular in the event of intentional or grossly negligent causation of the damage, in the event of alcohol or drug-induced driving incapacity and in the event of non-compliance with the permitted clearance height and/or width (§ 41 Para. 2 No. 6 StVO).
