Private customers with a CUPRA vehicle that is at least 4 years old will receive a 15% discount on selected CUPRA original parts for maintenance and wear and tear repairs (excluding tires) until December 31, 2026. The discount of up to €225 (gross) on a purchase of up to €1,500 (gross) will be applied to the invoice. Excluded are fluids such as oil, antifreeze, and small workshop parts. 4 CUPRA CARE includes: 

4.1 CUPRA warranty
5-year warranty: SEAT S.A. ("Warrantor") grants all first-time buyers ("Warranty Holders") a free 5-year manufacturer's warranty for all new CUPRA brand vehicles ordered new from the factory in Germany on or after December 21, 2023, covering all defects in materials and workmanship ("CUPRA New Car Warranty"). The warranty period is at least 2 years with no mileage limit and ends after 5 years or a maximum total mileage of 150,000 km, whichever occurs first. The warranty begins upon delivery of the vehicle or on the date of initial registration, whichever occurs first. Regardless of this, the warranty period begins when the vehicle is delivered, registered, or used by a SEAT | CUPRA partner in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland. In the event of a warranty claim, SEAT S.A. will commission CUPRA SEAT Deutschland GmbH or the SEAT | CUPRA service partner to remedy the defect (repair). Therefore, in the event of a warranty claim, please contact a CUPRA service partner.

TireCARE: TireCARE is a warranty that applies to the tires fitted to the vehicle at the time of conclusion of the purchase contract. The amount of reimbursement for the damaged tire depends on the term at the time of the damage. The term of TireCARE depends on the selected term of CUPRA CARE Plus. Mobility warranty: 10 years of basic services (such as on-site breakdown assistance and towing service to the nearest CUPRA partner) from initial registration. In addition, additional services in the event of a breakdown (such as a replacement car or hotel accommodation) for 10 years, as long as the inspection intervals specified by the manufacturer are observed at a participating CUPRA partner. Concierge service: If required, the concierge team will support you like a "personal assistant" by phone in organizing your everyday life, around the clock. Smart mobility during the manufacturer's warranty: Subsidy for mobility for the duration of the repair within the manufacturer's warranty (24 months), provided that the damage is covered by the warranty. Maximum of 3 days' replacement car or three uses of public transport or pick-up and drop-off service per year. Replacement car for repairs > 1 hour: For all CUPRA models and SEAT CUPRA models from model year 2019 onwards for repairs that take more than one hour. Maintenance and inspections are excluded. The decisive factor for the provision of the vehicle is the roadworthiness of the vehicle. The vehicle is considered roadworthy/safe to drive if it can participate in road traffic and its operation is permitted under the road traffic regulations. Exterior vehicle cleaning: After each service event (inspection/oil change) and after each repair. In addition, CUPRA customers are entitled to a free monthly exterior vehicle cleaning upon request. In general, in addition to the partner's own services, the issuance of washing cards and/or washing vouchers is also accepted.

Functional fluid check: Upon request, every CUPRA customer is entitled to a free monthly check of the functional fluids (windshield washer fluid and engine oil) in their vehicle and a free refill if necessary. The maximum refill quantity is limited to 1 liter.

Pick-up and delivery service: Every CUPRA customer is offered the option of a pick-up and delivery service for every service event. For more information, please contact your participating dealer. Only for private end customers, only at participating partners. For more information on CUPRA CARE Plus and current prices, please contact your participating CUPRA partner or visit www.cupraofficial.de.  For all CUPRA models and SEAT CUPRA models from model year 2019 onwards. These services are offered exclusively by CUPRA Service Specialists and have a limited duration of 5 years, starting from the date of first registration of the vehicle.

4.2 Currently available for all MOD3-enabled CUPRA models from model year 2021 onwards.

4.3 CUPRA CARE Privat Plus extends CUPRA CARE to include services from SEAT Leasing, a branch of Volkswagen Leasing GmbH, Gifhorner Str. 57, 38112 Braunschweig.

Services are linked to the term of the leasing contract or service management contract with SEAT Leasing. If the agreed total mileage is exceeded, the customer's entitlement to services shall lapse. Not available to major customers, special customers, and commercial leasing customers. At participating CUPRA partners.

4.4 Replacement mobility includes entitlement to limited coverage of the costs of replacement mobility (e.g., rental car). The CUPRA partner decides on the type of replacement mobility. Replacement mobility only applies in connection with services covered by the service. It is granted for up to three days per contract year, depending on the contractually agreed total mileage.

4.5 CUPRA CARE Business Plus extends CUPRA CARE to include services provided by SEAT Leasing, a branch of Volkswagen Leasing GmbH, Gifhorner Straße 57, 38112 Braunschweig, Germany. These services are linked to the term of the leasing contract or service management contract with SEAT Leasing. If the agreed total mileage is exceeded, the customer's entitlement to services shall lapse. Only for commercial customers with and without a key account contract. Taxi/rental car companies and driving schools are excluded. At participating CUPRA partners.
