IKK award for exemplary company health management.

That sounds like an important award! The special "Healthy Craft" award and the "Excellent Company Health Management" seal emphasize the importance of health promotion in craft businesses. We would like to thank Danny Sieber (Regional Director Chemnitz of IKK classic) and Carla Peske (Health Manager of IKK classic) for this.

A particular focus was placed on reducing everyday stress in the working environment. Among other things, workshops were held on the topics of "Reducing work-related physical stress" and "Stress management and strengthening resources", which provided our employees with practical tips for healthy and stress-free working.

Whether in the service area, in the workshop or in the office - we have reached a good level in terms of health management. "The IKK conducted a survey of our workforce on this topic, in which the conditions at each workplace were analyzed in detail. We were able to draw conclusions from the results and make any necessary changes. Height-adjustable desks in some offices or special anti-stress workshops for our service staff are good examples of how we can specifically promote the health of our employees.
